This webinar equips frontline staff at Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia (HFHP) with practical communication strategies that foster stronger engagement with current and prospective homeowners while promoting dignity, respect, and empowerment.
Participants will learn how to intentionally apply two evidence-informed communication frameworks—Positive Reframing and Asset Framing—to shift conversations from barriers to possibilities, recognize and elevate family strengths, and cultivate more meaningful, person-centered interactions. By the end of the session, participants will be better prepared to build rapport, increase homeowner engagement, support positive decision-making, and contribute to more equitable and culturally responsive service delivery for families navigating housing insecurity.
