We are a training company comprised of a multi-disciplinary team of university professors and licensed social workers who have joined forces to provide professional development services to America’s workforce.

President & CEO

Keva White, LSW

Educator by profession and entrepreneur by nature. With a master’s degree in social work, he spent several years working for community-based social service organizations before founding his own company, VIP Community Services. He is a certified cultural and linguistic competence trainer and a Part-time lecturer at Rutgers University, School of Social Work.

Mariana Folco, LSW

Licensed Social Worker (PA).  Training content areas include but are not limited to trauma, sports-based youth engagement, strategic planning, organizational development, and executive leadership. 

Stacy Triumph, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA/NJ).  Training content areas include but are not limited to vicarious trauma and burnout, childhood grief and loss, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy for adolescents and professional ethics.  

Clinton Dress, BS

Curriculum developer and course shell designer.  Member of the LGBQT community.  Training content areas include but are not limited to promoting A Strength-based Approach to Supporting LGBQT youth, Allyship, strategic planning and goal setting.

Lisa Christian, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA).  Training content areas include but are not limited to vicarious trauma and burnout, intimate partner violence, conceptualizations of power & privilege, gang violence, urban youth culture, depression and suicide in African American males. 

Lauren DelRossi,
PT, DPT, PCS, ATP

University professor of physical therapy, curriculum developer and course shell designer.  Member of the LGBQT community.  Training content areas include but are not limited to A Person-centered Approach to working with LGBQT individuals, Allyship, workforce development, and sports equity.

Chris Xia, BS

Curriculum developer and course shell designer.  Training content areas include but are not limited to social media and youth leadership & empowerment, health and wellness, personal development & motivation,   photography basics, influencer community navigation.

Vanessa Gutierrez, BS

Bi-lingual (Spanish). Conducts school-based trainings for parents and para-professionals.  Training content areas include but are not limited to mental health first aid, domestic violence education and prevention, and strategies for managing parental stress.

Jill Meriweather, M.Ed.

Educator of early childhood development and social justice advocate.  Training content areas include but are not limited to early childhood education, developing equity teams, strategies to improve student behavior, understanding the causations of poverty, racial and social justice.     

Brenda Tombs, BS

Bi-lingual (Spanish). Conducts school-based trainings for parents and para-professionals.  Training content areas include but are not limited to social media and youth development, strategies to managing parental stress, building healthy relationships and conflict resolution.
